I was given a project to illustrate spot illustrations and a cover for the short story: The Log Goblin by Brian Staveley. This page contains the entire process from start to finish, all done traditionally.
Preliminary Work
I began with drawing quick frames of the entire story from start to finish to establish which scenes I wanted to illustrate.
Each of these drawings were done using a Pigma FB brush pen on paper.
